Rev. Dennis L. Borca

Reverend Dennis Lane Borca, 73, New Haven, died suddenly at his residence on June 30, 2013. Born in Dearborn Michigan, He was a Catholic by Faith, he spent many years as a Franciscan Minister and he was a retired Priest from Sacred Heart Church, Munising, Michigan. He spent the last 8 years in Nelson County working in supply ministry with the area churches.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Palmero Borca and Lillian Macke Borca. Father Dennis is survived by an Aunt, Dora (Borca) Nolan,  Stevens Point , Wisconsin and many cousins. A Funeral Mass for Reverend Dennis Borca will be held in the Skakel Chapel at Abbey of Gethsemani at 11:00 am, Friday, July 5th  with the Arch Bishop Kurtz as Celebrant, and Reverend Curtis Thomas as concelebrant.. Burial will be held at the Abbey of Gethsemani. Memorial Donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
