Paul Franklin McNear

Paul McNear 74, formerly of Fairdale KY, and currently of New Haven KY passed away on Tuesday, February 4th. A native of Lebanon, KY, Paul was a former Figure 8 Champion of Area tracks and a retired Truck Driver with over 40 years in the business, and was a member of the Truck Drivers Teamster Union, Local 89. He was raised in Lebanon Kentucky by his late parents, John and Susie Malone McNear. He was also preceded in death by 7 siblings. Paul is survived by his wife of 57 years, Cecila Ann Dant McNear, his children; Pamela Jenkins (David) of Louisville, Theresa Hobbs of Mt. Washington, Bobby McNear (Jodi) of New Haven, and Paula Eades (Tommy) of Coxs Creek. Four Grandchildren; Kevin, Jessica, Summer, and Austin and (2) great grandchildren. (1) Brother Pete McNear of Louisville.   A Funeral Service for Paul McNear be held on Friday at 11 am, February 7, 2014, at the Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven. Burial will be in the Bardstown City Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday February 6, 2014, from 3 pm-8 pm and Friday starting at 9 am till service time at the Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.
