Nancy Lillian O'Bryan Thornsberry

Nancy Lillian O’Bryan Thornsberry, 84 of Shepherdsville passed away on Monday December 17, 2012 in Louisville.   She was born and raised in the New Haven area by her late parents, Francis Albern and Gertrude Louise Hagan O’Bryan. A member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Mt. Washington.   Lillian was preceded in death by her Husband, Francis Miles “Frankie” Thornsberry, her parents and (4) Brothers, T.J., Robert, Frank and Leo O’Bryan.   She is survived by (3) daughters; Estelle (Mike) McCubbins and Marlene McMahan both of Shepherdsville, and Brenda Saylor of Granger IN. (3) sons; Gary (Julie) Thornsberry, Taylorsville, Eddie (Missy) Thornsberry, and Kevin Thornsberry both of Mt. Washington.  (11) Grandchildren and (13) Great Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.   A Funeral Mass for Nancy Lillian O’Bryan Thornsberry, will be held on Thursday, 11 am, December 20, 2012 at the Immaculate Conception Church in Culvertown, with the Rev. Troy Overton officiating. Burial will be in the St. Thomas Cemetery, in Bardstown.   Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 10 am-8 pm with a prayer service at 6 pm, and on Thursday morning 9– 10:30 am at the Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.   Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
