Mary Jane Durbin

Mary Jane "Janie" Smith Durbin, 83, of New Haven, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at Windsor Gardens of Bardstown. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and on the Altar Society. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.O. Durbin. She is survived by four sons, Charles Gregory "Greg", Michael Wayne "Mike" (Merky), Timothy Allen "Timmy" (Sara), and James Patrick "Jim Pat" (Angie) Durbin; three daughters, Carol Marie Reams (Terry), Tina Ann Sympson (Scott), and Rosemary Fleming (Dale); two brothers, Maurice and Don Smith; one sister, Carolyn Warlop; seventeen grandchildren; along with a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Catherine Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Catherine Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home. A prayer vigil and rosary service will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
