Joseph Eugene "Gene" Rogers, Sr.

Joseph Eugene "Gene" Rogers, Sr., 69, of Lyons Station, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at his home. He was preceded in death by a son, Joseph E. Rogers, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth "Libby" Brady Rogers; two daughters, Lisa Mattingly and Linda Lafollette (William); one sister, Betty Lou Garrett (Marion); along with three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home with burial to follow in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, New Hope. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday and after 8 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
