Joseph Berry Boone

Joseph Berry Boone, age 53 of Howardstown, died at his residence on Saturday October 25, 2014. A lifelong resident of Howardstown, a Catholic by faith and a member of the St. Ann Catholic Church. He was the owner of Boones Construction, Homebuilding and Excavation. He also was a former employee of Bird and Son in Bardstown. Berry was an avid rabbit and squirrel hunter. He was preceded in death by his father, Albertus Leon “Punch” Boone. Berry is survived by his loving wife, Andie Masterson Boone, his two daughters Kaylyn and Karah Boone, all of Howardstown. His mother, Mary Huberta Boone of Hodgenville, (1) brother, Bryant Boone, of Bloomfield IN, (2) sisters, Joyce Boone Monacelli (Bobby) of Hackettstown NJ,  Georjean Boone Cecil (Eric), of Pendleton IN, (1) niece, Madison Cecil.  Several aunts, uncles, cousins and very close friends also survive. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM, October 28, 2014 at the St. Ann Catholic Church with the Rev. Ken Fortener officiating. Burial will be in the St. Ann Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, October 27 from 2-8 PM with a prayer service at 6 PM with Deacon Jim Cecil presiding and on Tuesday October 28 from 8:30 -10:30 Am at the Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven KY.
