Jeffery Paul Carter, 66, of Louisville, passed away December 9, 2020 at the Klondike Center.
He was born July 10, 1954 in Louisville, Ky. to the late Howard and Bonnie Greenwell Carter. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Judy House.
He is survived by his brothers, Howard, Jimmy, and Joe (Janice) Carter; along with a sister, Joyce Kennedy.
Due to the current pandemic, all services will be private. His final resting place will be the St. Catherine Cemetery.
