Jake Jackson

Jake Jackson, 63, of Bardstown, passed away December 11, 2020 at his home.

He was a retired groundskeeper for Bernheim Forest and a United States Army Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila and a sister, Shanny Jackson Shain.

He is survived by two brothers, Tony and Michael (Tammy) Jackson; four sisters, Betsy Sparks (Gary), Rachel Moore (Pat), Noreen Burgin, and Nina Jackson; along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Cremation was chosen.  A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, December 17 from 4-7 p.m. at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home, New Haven.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, please make all memorial contributions to the Nelson County Humane Society.
