Elza Ned Hagan

Elza Ned Hagan, 74, of Bracken County, KY, passed away September 30, 2018 He was preceded in death by his parents, William Stuben and Bertha May LaFollettee Hagan; along with his brothers, Paul, Ivo, and William Hagan. He is survived by his brother, Arnold Hagan; a sister in law, Rachel Hagan; along with two nephews, Tim and David Hagan. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Valley Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home, New Haven has been entrusted with arrangements.
