Ellis Snook Obituary

Ellis Lee Snook, 57, of New Haven, passed away February 27, 2023 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center. He was an avid fisherman and loved grilling and cooking for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, David Paul Snook; his siblings, Jerry Snook and Rita Nalley; along with a grand son, Odin Paele. He is survived by his loving wife, Misty Snook; two sons, Zack Shofner (Katelynn) and Dakota Lee Snook (Jillian); three daughters, Sara Geary, Kristina Paele (Tony), and Sierra Dawn Shofner; a sister, Veronica Bishop (Donnie); his mother, Betty Lou Snook; along with 6 grandchildren and one on the way. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Rolling Fork Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may visit after 10 a.m. Saturday. Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
