Betty Bernice Pyle

Betty Bernice Pyle, Elizabethtown age 80, died at E-town Nursing and Rehab center on August 29, 2013.  She was born and raised in Ashland KY, by the late Monroe and Madge Stambaugh a Baptist by Faith and a member of the Northside Baptist Church in Elizabethtown. She was a Veteran of the United States Army (WAC). She worked as a Cook for several restaurants in the Bardstown area.  Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by a grandson, Austin Pyle, (2) brothers, Virgil and Ralph Stambaugh.  Betty is survived by her (2) Children, Bob (Linda) Pyle, Bardstown, and Betty (Dan) Gallegos, New Haven. (5) Grandkids, Robby (Lisa) Pyle, Jennifer (Cutter) Cottongim, Jason (Tammy) Gallegos, Brooke Parker, Monique Gallegos. (10) great-grandchildren; Amanda, Brandon, Will, Trevor, Caleb, Skyler, Preston, Daniel, Logan and KaDee.   A Funeral Service for Betty Pyle  will be held on Saturday 3 PM, August 31, 2013 at the Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven, with the Rev. Bill Durbin officiating.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 11 am-3 pm at the Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.  Joseph L Greenwell Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
